Meet Your Guide
I am a Reiki Master, certified yoga and meditation teacher, yoga nidra instructor, life coach, and former professional matchmaker — based on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
After 15 years of marriage and a divorce, I did the deepest version of my own inner work. I didn't step away from the fire. I walked through it — and what I found on the other side became the foundation of everything I now offer.
